The JOSHES ( @harpom & @joshriceprojects ) are springing back into action with ReQuest 12/60!!
The numbers 1-12 hang before the audience, with a timer set for 60 minutes. In your hand you hold a menu with the names of improv scenes, games, and songs corresponding to said numbers. You shout out a number—we perform that scene—all 12 before our 60-minute time limit is up!
Can the JOSHES accomplish this daredevil feat of improv comedy performance? Come experience the absurdity of the joined josh-forces of Josh Marcks & Josh Rice joshing around with their unique blend of absurd comedy improv!! All fueled by your audience suggestions—it’s ReQuest 12/60!! Featuring special musical guest Ian McDougall!

It started out with a DR. KISS and we did just fine despite him breaking in half during our invited dress rehearsal, and his hand literally falling off his body in the first scene on opening night, the KAYFABE team rolled with all the puppet punches to put on an incredible sold-out run @durhamfruit Couldn’t have done it without the genius of @paullywogprod who was with me every step of the way during puppet surgery and who crafted a perfect new collarbone piece for the Doctor!! @aashack and his team @dukearts treated us SO WELL, were so hospitable and kind, and made us artists feel so welcomed, supported, and valued!! Truly, first-class!! Huge thank you’s to them and the amazing team @durhamfruit including Tim, Lynx, and Charly! Thank you Bull City, and thank you @dukeuniversity

Day of the show, y'all!! We open leg one of @shakeonthelake 's summer tour of THE TEMPEST (with puppets) at the @arkmfa , running 7/10-11 at 7.30pm, and 7/12-13 at 2pm! Preshow starts half-hour before showtime!!
So pumped and proud of the work in this, including the wild double duty by our brilliant Set Designer/Builder and Actor/Performer, the one and only @mrazontherun !! The "brave new world" he built for us (to borrow text from the show) is amazing!! And his go at drunken butler Stephano will kill you. Promise!
