After a rollercoaster of a year, packed with highs, lows, and being thrown for loops, my 2025 track season ultimately stops short of our goal to compete at the outdoor world championships. It’s hard not to feel immensely disappointed and dissatisfied, but we are taking the lessons we learned and the progress we made to try and come back even stronger. I picked up my first outdoor win of the season in the pouring rain in Lausanne🇨🇭🧀 I’ll now be racing in Zurich at the Diamond League Final, where the winner receives an automatic qualification to the World Championships in Tokyo. For me this is win or go home, so #OnceMore 🔄🏰 I’ll try to make the most of it. Stay tuned!🙏

🔄4th at USA Championships🔴⚪️🔵
I placed fourth in the 800m at USA champs, missing the team by one spot. Unfortunately it was a deeply upsetting result. After ending up in the same spot last year, I poured my heart and soul into the 2025 season, trying my absolute best to make sure such a disappointment could not happen again. In the end, I wasn’t able to match my competitors in putting together the best performance I felt I was capable of at that time, and such is the standard. Honestly, it’s tempting to despair in all the regret and negative feelings, but my season isn’t over. I’ll be running the 1500m next Saturday the 16th in 🇵🇱, an 800m on the 20th in 🇨🇭, and finally taking a final shot at the World Championships bid given to the winner of the 💎 league final on the 27th. In a lot of ways this outdoor season hasn’t been the one we hoped for so far. But I’ve done more with less in the past, and I have no plans of caving in now. Besides, I never give up. #adidasrunning
