4 London Marathons in a row for Samaritans charity🥇
…and that was the hardest one BY FAR.
I knew it would be tough with the lack of training… but I didn’t think it would be THAT tough.
Flew through the first 15 miles - then my gut completely went, I had the worst cramps and felt so sick every step I took. I could barely walk, let alone run (see pic 4… the family WhatsApp says it all 😂 💩).
Massive respect to anyone who’s run a marathon - it’s no joke.
You push your body to the absolute limit. Emotional, special, incredible… and honestly, a bit hideous all at the same time 😅
Running for @samaritanscharity is what it’s all about. Mental health affects so many people every single day, and I’ll keep doing what I can to raise awareness 💚 and to shout from the rooftops how important a job Samaritans do for so many people.
