We are all navigating a delicate balance of order+chaos. It’s the push and pull of structure versus spontaneity. We want to know what’s happening while being surprised. We want to embrace the unexpected, but still want to feel secure. In business, and in life - it’s often deemed easier, and safer, to stick to the status quo, even though it can feel painfully familiar. I realised that the industry can be a bit of an echo chamber, with a lot of the same perspectives, insights, and personalities driving most of the creativity, which leads to what can ultimately feel like a repetitive output - the ‘same old, same old’. We have all witnessed firsthand how huge budgets can lead to forgettable outcomes. From an employee perspective, nearly 80% of professionals in media and advertising report being unhappy in their roles. That’s where order+chaos was born from. The feeling that there needs to be more room for nuance, flexibility, and versatility - something beautifully unruly. A desire for controlled ‘chaos’. order+chaos is designed to encourage bold thinking, always grounded in strategy and ‘order’, created by project teams who love what they’re doing. The support I’ve had in the development of this new agency from clients, creatives and collaborators, old and new, has been incredible. With order+chaos, I finally feel like I’ve found a way to articulate how my mind and creativity have perhaps always worked, and I’ve unknowingly collected a network of people who share this ethos throughout my career. Before we log off for Christmas, we’re reflecting on year one of Order+Chaos and saying a HUGE thank you 🖤

TikTok Awards 2025 brilliantly hosted by @ajodudu and produced by the talented team at @seenpresents ! Celebrating the best of @tiktok_uk creativity and community including legends @charleymarlowee and @bemi.omo.oroje , a performance from @rizzlekicks , and a slight wardrobe malfunction at the end the night 😂. Huge well done to @lilyameliahall , @beatricemustocea and the whole team involved 👏👏👏

A full (and very complex 😅) day of treachery turned out to be the most fun I think I’ve ever had at work. Loved working on one of the most exciting shows on TV right now and being part of the TikTok magic that’s allowed the show to reach millions. Turns out married life is bussssyyy and we didn’t get round to posting the rest of the photos. By the time the pool party rolled around it was day three, everyone was hungoverrr but somehow found the energy to dance on every wall (and every surface), all day long. Hello Love. The wedding day!!! It all started spiralling (as most good things do) in May 2024, when we were five cocktails deep on the menu tasting with @tumldc @_bellaforeman @lefteris_lavdas and proceeded to say ‘let’s lock it in’ to every detail and wild idea. (Side note: to future brides/grooms, this is a very dangerous phrase to coin during the planning of your wedding, use responsibly). We never wanted a wedding planner, but we knew from that moment we had the best partners in crime. Hello Love was our love letter to each other, but also to the people who had been there along the way. For three days, we wanted everyone to have the best time of their lives, celebrating the community and creativity that mean so much to us. The incredible @lapsleyyyy sang us down the aisle, her music has soundtracked so much of our relationship, @ajodudu wrote a speech about friendship and cemented her place as the chicest celebrant of all time, guests submitted memories which @beatricemusticea and @emmurcaroline read during the ceremony, reminding us of all the weird and wonderful fun times we have had over the years. Our dads gave the cutest speeches, introduced by our Master & Mistress of Ceremonies @joeldommett & @hannahcooper who re-wrote Oh, The Places You’ll Go with a Josh & James spin. We fuelled everyone with margaritas and espresso martinis, before opening the doors to Club Hello Love and our open air dance floor. Sparklers lit to All the Lovers, surprise fireworks mid–first dance, @lapsleyyyy performing some of our favourites (with us on BVs), whereischarles bringing all all the soul and style, and @jonjojury and @donnie_sunshine soundtracking the night with their PERFECT sets. Thank you to everyone who made this special for us. And to our incredible friend and amazingly talented photographer @sofi.adams.photo , @meganxshoots for capturing all three days, @thomasgeorgewulbern for ensuring everyone looked on point with your fabulous mood boards and @jackrowe_ for bringing our zine vision to life and making everything look so chic. We created a bubble of joy and, for three days, it was all ours ❤️
