Fix up, look sharp! After dislocating my shoulder at Preston a couple of weeks ago I got some checks done on my shoulder. Turns out it was actually worse than initially thought and after a couple of weeks of rehab we decided to get in and get it sorted.Not ideal but that’s racing! Big thanks to everyone around me especially @apico_honda for being 100% behind me! Oh and @becks_kendall for now being my personal chauffeur

Was not the day we all wanted yesterday! Holeshot moto 1 but made a little mistake on the second lap, unfortunately it turned into a big one when I hit a pile of dirt on the inside of a corner and ended up dislocating my shoulder ‍ ️I managed to put it back in myself pretty quickly but it felt too weak to risk carrying on on such a demanding track.Will get some checks done this week and hopefully it’s just a case of rest and rehab. First round @motulacubritishmx really did not go to plan in multiple ways ‍ ️Did not get the best start in race one and had to come through, by the time I got through the pack the front boys had broke away so finished 6th.Race two we suffered a freak technical issue we’re still figuring out. An issue from the start, I came through from last to 19th with a crash and was trying to damage limitation but the bike had other ideas and that resulted in a DNF.It’s a gutting start to the season and even more so with the effort and care that the @apico_honda team have put into it.
