We are happy to announce the first customer to take delivery of one of our new C705 microphones is Ben King (North-Western Recorders) in Auckland, New Zealand. Ben was kind enough to share his unboxing shots from right after his mic arrived and a couple shots of his new C705 at North-Western Recorders (also in Auckland.)

Conductor Bernard Haitink's last performance before retirement, as guest conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic, and recorded with an all Josephson Engineering microphone array, is now availible via an exclusive Direct-to-Disc release on Berlin Philharmonic Recordings. .
Recording Producer Rainer Maillard and crew used one C700S stereo-mic in the center and two Custom C722s left and right, and a pair of C617SETs for ambient/room pick-up. More info at the links below including sound from the recording in parts of the video. .
