People often look at me as the life of the party but donโt truly know the man behind the microphone or DJ deck. I wanted to share a piece of who I am, how I got here and my experience with mental health. Mental health is a topic that Iโm passionate about because Iโm honest about how I feel and right now Iโm not ok. Iโm working through it,trying to get through my thoughts and feelings but also doing the best I can with what I have.
I also want others to know,especially the mandem we need to have more conversations about mental health. We need to speak more about how itโs affecting us and ways to heal ourselves.
Thanks to all of those who have supported me on my journey and those who continue to do so.
