Getting to get to attend the world premiere of #Superman was a dream come true. What made it even better, was getting to share that with my mom. So to celebrate that, here are pictures from the Superman events I’ve attended over the last year. I’ve been in this business for a few years now, and no matter how tough things got, I pushed through with the hope that maybe I would get to cover this film, not even imagining the premiere was a possibility. Thank you, @superman @warnerbros @pocculture !! I grew up watching the Arrowverse. I’ve watched the entirety of Arrow and Black Lightning twice, every crossover at least 3x… It would take an essay to explain the significance DC has played in my life. Being there during chronic illness, helping me to become comfortable in my queerness, and inspiring me to break into this industry… so, being there for the start of @jamesgunn ’s DCU means the world. I also got to catch up with @angelmanuelsoto , who I interviewed for Blue Beetle in 2023. It was so nice to catch up and update him on what’s happened since then! @dcofficial #DC #LoisLane

Ever since @superman was announced, I hoped in the back of my mind that I would get to cover it. But I didn’t realize it would actually be possible for me. Something like this event was incomprehensible to me at the time back in 2022. I’m so grateful for this experience. This Monday, I got to watch the teaser trailer for #Superman, and ask the second question during the Q&A. To say it was an incredible day is an understatement. As a big DC fan, I was honored to even be in the building. I also gave James Gunn, David Corenswet and @rachelbrosnahan a small print of a painting I did this year. I spoke to @rachelbrosnahan for a while about Lois Lane, and even college. I can’t wait to see the film and to see Lois and Clark in action! I could write an entire essay on how meaningful this was to me, but since I haven’t even gotten proper sleep since finals week, that might need to wait for another time 🤣 Big thank you to @pocculture for the opportunity.

2025 was a crazy year. So many dreams came true. I didn’t want to do a post about what I was up to this year because I’m honestly so exhausted, but here are some of my favorite pictures from 2025. The thing I’m most proud of though, I’ll post about tomorrow 👀 here are the other things I’m proud of: • I did a full year of my radio show, doing MULTIPLE junkets, which felt so rewarding and insane I got the opportunity. I interviewed the whole cast of SPARTACUS ??? For my own name? Still surprises me that that happened. • I worked for years with the hope of covering #Superman, and not only did I see it early, I also went to the premiere, seeing it twice before release. • I became the membership Director for @dorianawards , which has been so amazing and fulfilling, shoutout to Diane and John for teaching me so much and empowering me to contribute to the org! • I got to present at an awards show TWO times at #theastras, which was another bucket list item of mine. Thank you @scottdmenzel !! • I got accepted to be @rottentomatoes certified on the morning of the Superman premiere. It was an insane day. • I got to be on a COMIC CON PANEL??? Thank you @graedrake so much for making that dream come true!! Here’s to more panels in my future ! • I went to Japan, which I’ve been dreaming of since I was a little kid. I got by 80% just by speaking the Japanese I knew from one term of instruction at school. Can’t wait to go back now that I know a lot more. But I didn’t expect a night out in Shibuya and my Japan trip to change so much of how I saw myself. This first picture was me on the train, around midnight, trying out a feminine look just for fun. But I didn’t think it would feel so right to the point that that’s how I’ve been aiming to present ever since . . . So aside from me sharing some accomplishments from the year and some really happy moments throughout #2025, these are pictures of myself that I really like, as I explore my gender expression. I don’t go by he/him at all anymore, and I wanted to wait longer to come out about that and have it exactly figured out per se, but given my outfits in the latter part of 2025, and I feel like that wouldn’t be surprising

Fun at #TheAstras! I sat next to Adam Sandler, and I was lucky enough to present an award (to #thepitt). Such a pleasure to meet so many amazing people and celebrate their craft and artistry. I’ll never forget the look on people’s face when they found out they won an award 🥺 Thank you @hollywoodcreativealliance #AwardsShow
