That lingering constant anxiety that you can’t shake?? I know it all too well. I used to think something was wrong with me living in a constant state of anxiety bad sleep poor skin, terrible gut health and hormones down the drain. That all changed when I fixed my diet. Trust me when I tell you, what you put in your body will determine how you look, feel and the quality of your life. It’s honestly not about being perfect, just making good conscience decisions, majority of the time. I’m a sucker for a sweet treat as well. But like anything, just enjoy in moderation and you’ll be fine. Whole foods will honestly change your life. It did for mine

Trying to get “shredded” by starving yourself usually backfires. When calories get too low for too long, your body adapts, energy drops, training performance tanks, recovery slows, stress hormones rise, and your body can start holding onto fat while burning muscle instead. A small calorie surplus or even just eating around maintenance with high protein and hard training often works better long term because you: * keep muscle fuller and stronger * recover properly * train with intensity * keep hormones and metabolism healthier * avoid binge eating from extreme restriction
