AHHHH. The words im about to type will not do the vibes justice but… Music, and good company. Fucc**kk i needed that. Last night, for the first time in maybe 6 months, I felt very alive and present. In celebration of my good friend @neeeze turning 30, we had some people over to the house. I danced, sang, and laughed the night away. I met some amazing people and just really felt content. Safe to say i didnt want the night to end but this morning i woke up feeling refreshed and happy. So thank you to everyone who made the feelings i carry with me today possible. A lifetime ago, when i was 25 i turned pro at the premiere for the Warco video “Sun Machine”. One of the greatest moments of my life, seeing my childhood dreams become a reality. Havnt seen this clip before today. Very grateful that it exists. Although i no longer make enough money to live from skateboarding, its still my first love and deepest passion.
Exactly 1 year ago today i started going to the gym every day for 30 min. I had no idea what i was doing, but i knew if i stuck to it every single day, somthing HAD to change. I would simply hit a machine for as many reps as i could (on a very low weight) until it hurt, and then move to the next machine. Now if i have time i will be there for closer to an hour, but i do the same thing still. If the me from last year could have seen this, he wouldnt even believe it. woooow!! Thank you all for this reason to celebrate!! @prodbymarj and myself worked endlessly on our debut album titled “Our Town”, and It released on 5.25.25. Today, less than 6 months later, it hit 50K streams! We are beyond blown away by the response to the album, and find it hard to believe that we still are getting 100s of streams every day. Hugeeee hugs and love go out to @atmosphere@bigwax@palmersquares@trehype and @chris_fairbanks for being a part of this project, and making these kids dreams come true! We are just a couple of guys out of a small town, making music because we love it. I truly cant express the gratitude I feel for all of your love and support. We’ve already recorded a hand full of tracks for the new album, and ive got 10 new verses ready for FP3 whenever we start promoting the new project!
