3 weeks - 9 sessions of sauna + cold plunge 🔥❄️ we are in our final week & honestly we are hooked. I’ve had an injury since October last year & I’ve noticed a huge difference doing this protocol. I’ve had better sleep & my swelling has gone down 👏🏽👏🏽 working our way to the full time for the last week!
