Inspired by Žemaičių blynai,
potato dish
potatoes, cheeses, seasoning, like Italian gnocchi,
filled with meat made from a mix of flavors I like,
finished with butta, chives, sour cream,
good both as a snack to go with drinks or as a regular meal.
I just had my first pop up since coming to Arizona.
