To keep it a buck, fatherhood can be straight up chaos and frustration. Especially since he’s hard headed like his old man 😆 Obviously the love overrides all that. I look at lil man everyday and dread the day he won’t need me like he does now.
One day, I’ll have to teach him how to protect himself, rather than stepping in to protect him. One day, the world will strip the pure innocence away. I’ll have to be the guiding voice when he’s navigating through life as a young man. Time flies too fast. Childhood won’t last forever. Appreciate every little moment 🫶🏼
The motive for this year is more music, muscles, and money 😉
Watching Jax grow up this past year sure has put into perspective how fast time flies.
Through frustration, I learned a kind of patience I never knew I was capable of.
Through imperfection, I learned a kind of love I never knew I was capable of.
