Spring is the perfect time for new beginnings and I am thrilled to say that I'm in the process of buying a majority stake in @fiddlecreekdairy . Fiddle Creek has been such a huge part of my life for so long that none of us can remember when I first started working for them. Local, sustainable agriculture systems and high quality food have been passions of mine for a while, and the yogurt, cheese, and milk that Fiddle Creek produces are all phenomenal. Tim and Frances have built an integrity driven business to be proud of and I'm so excited to help steer it through the next decade and beyond!
Tbh I don't even want to count the number of @luca_lancaster pizzas I've eaten in 5 minutes flat, standing over a dirty glass rack, trying not to burn my tongue at 10:30 at night. After more than a decade as a waitress, I'm finally hanging up the apron and starting a new adventure that's as exciting as it is terrifying. Here's to the next ten years 🥂
