The post every pet owner dreads…. Baxter left us three weeks ago, and while this has been very difficult, the 14 years of joy he gave us will never be forgotten. Baxty Boy was the best hiking buddy you could ask for, and he LOVED to swim, whether it was Valley Green, the pond at Bayberry Cove, or the pool at Possum Hollow. He was also the best road trip buddy to be with. He got through those 13 hour drives from Nashville and back without a cry or whimper. I can’t thank him enough for being so patient and loving with his three feline siblings. Our gang of four is now sadly three 😢. RIP Baxter McNally 11/07/2011-1/03/2026
