Of all the stories I've ever been a part of, this is among the most special. Not just to tell an original story about an extraordinary play... but because of the passionate, hockey-obsessed crew (led by Jon Fish), the personal significance of the moment (Jax was obsessed with The Michigan as we filmed this), and ultimately the star himself, Mike Legg, who I'm lucky enough to now call a friend.

We released this a few years ago, but the full half-hour special will re-air this weekend on ESPN to celebrate the anniversary. Here's the shorter SC Featured digital cut.
