When I left my W2 job at Sunrun in May 2020, I stepped fully into Powur with nothing guaranteed but everything to fight for. From my early days at SolarCity/Tesla, through Sunrun, into real estate, and finally finding a true home here in 2020—I’ve lived the ups and downs of this industry.
The last two years have been some of the hardest in solar’s history. Policy changes, rising rates, uncertainty—yet through all of that, my team and I persevered. We stayed. We played. We got paid—not just financially, but in the fulfillment that comes from serving families, empowering entrepreneurs, and contributing to something bigger than ourselves.
500 homes now have clean energy and resilience because of countless conversations, long nights, early mornings, and a commitment to growth. Every contract wasn’t just a deal—it was a lesson, a relationship, a step in becoming a stronger leader.
Philanthropy has been a compass for me along the way. From building homes for families in need, to giving back whenever I can, I’ve learned that success means little if it isn’t shared. My journey has been just as much about who I’ve become as what I’ve accomplished: a leader grounded in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and vision.
To my team—you are the heartbeat of this journey. To my mentors and peers—you’ve sharpened me. To the families who trusted me—you are the reason I keep going.
