Wow. Forgot how much happened last year. Very āA Tale of Two Citiesā if you know what I mean.
From the LA fires, to Trump taking office again, to the atrocities in Palestine, Charlie Kirkās assassination, and the seemingly unstoppable death spiral capitalism has us inā¦ the world feels very bleak.
But on a personal note, I had a pretty terrific year. Astronomy Club won UCB Cage Match 10x in LA, I wrote on Ted Animated (coming out, who knows when), I got a new nephew, my Grandma (my last living grandparent) passed away & brought our entire family together, did a reading for a Portlandia audio series where I got to meet Fred Armisen, I filmed several fun things including The Floor on Fox where I won $60k, made A LOT of new friends, got an incredible new Harold team, went to JFL festival with my wife (whose pilot won the audience award), and played a lot of basketball.
Not sure what 2026 will bring, but I do know that while dark forces beyond our control wreak havoc, we as individuals can always spread hope, peace and love to each other. Wishing you all a Happy New Year ā¤ļø
LONG POST ALERT šØ!
The Floor was by far one of the best experiences in my life. Not only did I get to check off a bucket list item of being on a game show I love, I somehow became a major player in it. I accomplished every goal that I had and then some.
I also met so many amazing, incredible people who shared my love of this game! In fact, there were so many awesome people that I couldnāt fit all of them into a 20 picture post so Iāll probably do another one later!
I want to thank all the producers & crew who make this super fun show work and @realityclubfox@foxtv for giving me a chance to play! Also to everyone who has supported me, watched and cheered me on, thank you!!! You helped elevate the experience for me 10x what it already was.
And now I get to go back to watching my favorite game show & yelling at my šŗ šš„°.
