Dust to Dust is about death and the return to earth. Death comes for us all, rich and poor. The rich try to negotiate their way to death, they think they can pay it away. Many of our present obscenely wealthy certainly think they can escape death thru technology, but they cannot. The powerful have been looking for the serum to endless life since civilization began and still have yet to find it. Even in our advanced state of technology and medicine, I don’t think death is escapable. It comes for us all.
Meanwhile the workers of the earth toil and can simply stay ahead of death and survive. There is no attempted negotiation on the board for them.

Feel the sun across your face.
Loosen your arms.
Stretch your legs.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Know that this time
This time right here is sacred.
It’s meant for you and only you.
Because here,
Here is where self love begins.
Where you put you, first.
Where you nourish your body and your mind.
Don't cancel it.
Don’t postpone it.
Don’t let anyone or anything distract you from it.
This time here,
It’s where you get to shut the world off.
To heal. To grow.
Give it 5, 10 or 30 minutes.
A full hour if you can.
Because it’s in here that you’ll learn,
That movement is your medicine.
And stillness can set you free.
Protect this time from the shadows.
And carve it deep into the fabric of your life daily.
