Music for @asics_sportstyle and @h.s.d.t - it was a pleasure capturing New York, the 90’s and some of the goat beat makers.

Through the lockdowns we wrote and recorded this project. 90% of it was completed over email, with only 2 or 3 sessions done in person. It was a bizarre experience creating an entire project over gmail and iMessage, and I feel like an entirely different artist and person since we first started it. This Wednesday ‘Jukai’ will be released. I can’t wait for you to listen to it, because in my opinion it’s pretty fkn good. Special thanks to @lukemak3r @nes.afara @rara1x @birdington and @matt.2770

(Names have been changed, albeit slightly). This is an article I wrote about my time living in remote aboriginal communities. I’ve loved seeing the protests, and I’m excited for the future (but obviously sad for past and present). But, I’m mostly excited. Because if the government continues to refuse to change, we can. We can be the change we want to see. We can volunteer, protest, give, LOVE(most importantly). Feel free to ask DM any questions. But please read the article.
