For more context regarding yesterday’s post, I got my camera in 2023 and I honestly don’t dislike my camera at all. I just wish I had been guided better when choosing my lens especially as it is a crop sensor camera.
I’ve been working with the 50mm lens for the past 3 years (which was highly recommended at the time 🤦♀️), and while it has helped me create amazing work, I now understand that it may not have been the best fit for my needs as a videographer.
For now, I’ll keep making the best out of what I have until I’m able to make good returns from my previous investment before getting another lens.

I wish the person I asked had properly educated me on the difference between crop sensor and full-frame cameras.
Now I’ve learned the hard way.
Before upgrading from your iPhone to a digital camera, ask the right questions, do proper research, and seek multiple opinions. A camera is a big investment, and the wrong choice can cost you more in the long run.
P.S I am thinking of selling my canon camera at this point 🌝

There was a time when I got b-rolls from pexels.com, but now, AI lets me create much better stories especially when I have a very specific goal in mind.
To be honest, I wasn’t a fan a few years ago. But I’ve learned to embrace it to help tell better stories through my videos.

My client first reached out to me last year to make enquiries about my personal training class. Months later, she came back again this year ready to start her journey.
