As circus performers we get asked all the time “How does one just decide to run away and join the circus?” Everyone’s journey is different but here’s the short answer to ours! 🎪
Anngela was a ballroom dancer for 7 years, you can see the Latin ballroom flare in most of her choreography. She then did cheerleading in high school for 5 years. After graduating high school she quit her job as a waitress at a Chinese restaurant and ran away from her tiny home town in Idaho and joined the circus!
Dutch was a football player and music/theatre nerd growing up in NY. He went to grad school to become a chiropractor, saw a local circus and immediately went after his newfound passion.
We now have been working together for about 13 years and have become worldwide performers! 🌎

Portland!!! We love you! We aren't here all the time but it's still very much home. And @sinfernocabaret has been a performance home for both of us for over a decade.
So on our one day off here in Portland, we agreed to represent the sexiest, greatest, cabaret show around, by doing acts at the 503 day festival! Right across the street from Dante's! In the newly set up Ankeny Alley!
We will be doing our family friendly chair stacking and duo Acro routines, right after the mayor gives a speech and right before Thomas Lauderdale of Pink Martini! We go on around 4:45pm, this sunday(tomorrow)
