Absolute pleasure working with Ray on his tattoos. The sleeves were@first up, then this Kirin backpiece. Wrapped it up yesterday just in time for 2026! Let’s do more in the new year. Hit me up. @tenthousandwavestattoo
My brother Bob and I. What can I say? He was my little brother. I loved him. He was my best friend and best enemy his whole life. We were tight , too tight sometimes. We did everything together. Being boys close in age that was normal. My heart is broken because I don’t feel like we ever reached our full potential as siblings.
As very young kids we played together , learned to swim, ride bikes and
Camp, fish and hike together. We rode mini bikes and raced bikes, played baseball and were even altar boys in catholic school. As teens we would help start a movement in the high desert with our music and we kept that going for our years as adults. We had kids and Even became Grandpas at around the same Time. We may not have always shown it, acted like it or even deserved it, but we loved each other ..and that’s the hardest part . The wasted years.
The coulda, shoulda, woulda parts. So as I sat there holding his hand while he faded into the next realm, I couldn’t stop reflecting on the memories, possibilities and even the what ifs of our lives together. It hurt to watch him go,
I wouldn’t have it any other way. I kissed him and hugged him the day my parents brought him home from the hospital when he was born…I had a brother! …and then I kissed and hugged him goodbye as he passed. I love you Bob you lovable maniac. We weren’t perfect but we were brothers. I’ll miss you. I Love you. Bob forever!
