Our Hintsa team spent a brilliant few days in Miami with leaders and high performers from some of the top in-person sales teams across the U.S.
We had the pleasure of contributing to the Rilla Masters through a keynote, a deep-dive masterclass, and daily morning workouts.
On the main stage, @drtommywood , Hintsa’s Head Scientist for Motorsport, focused on the neuroscience of high performance – how we optimise the brain for performance, whether in sales or Formula 1.
In our masterclass, we went deeper into long-term cognitive performance, turning science into practical tools you can actually apply.
And yes, each day started with a morning beach workout on Miami Beach led by Hintsa coaches – not a bad way to kick things off 🌊
