Mack and I started Flashback in our garage. We started noticing just how much time we all spend on our phones instead of actually living in the moments around us.📱
So we built something different. A camera that brings back intention, anticipation and more moments. 📷
We then grew the team, starting with our best friend Abbey. Now there are 10 of us!

A slightly reluctant update from us.
When we built the V2 camera, we made it better.
Better sensor. Better microchip running the camera.
Which unfortunately, also makes it more expensive for us to produce.
At the same time, the tech world has decided that memory chips should now cost a small fortune. Flash memory, SD storage, RAM… all going up thanks to the global AI arms race.
So yes, prices everywhere are skyrocketing. But the bigger reason is simply that V2 is a better camera than V1, and the parts inside it cost more.
When we launched V2, we kept the same price as V1 because we really wanted to hold that original price point.
We managed it for a while.
But we can’t keep doing that forever.
So the price of the V2 camera will be increasing by around 10%.
We’ll keep the current price for five more days, and after March 15 the new price will kick in.
