Needed a big batch drink for a baby shower and strawberry mint lemonade felt like the perfect choice šš (felt inspired after seeing @maeshomesweethome version!)
donāt forget to set out a few bottles of booze alongside it so guests can spike their glass however they like⦠vodka, tequila, gin, prosecco⦠all good ideas here.
Strawberry Mint Lemonade
Serves 15ā20
⢠5 cups strawberry puree
⢠4 cups fresh lemon juice
⢠1.5 cups mint syrup
⢠8 cups cold filtered water
⢠8ā10 cups ice

Add strawberries (about 3lbs strawberries) to a blender and fill with water, blend until smooth, then pour into a large drink dispenser or pitcher (option to strain out the seeds!).
