Needed a big batch drink for a baby shower and strawberry mint lemonade felt like the perfect choice šŸ“šŸ‹ (felt inspired after seeing @maeshomesweethome version!) don’t forget to set out a few bottles of booze alongside it so guests can spike their glass however they like… vodka, tequila, gin, prosecco… all good ideas here. Strawberry Mint Lemonade Serves 15–20 • 5 cups strawberry puree • 4 cups fresh lemon juice • 1.5 cups mint syrup • 8 cups cold filtered water • 8–10 cups ice • 1 lemon, sliced • Fresh mint + strawberries for garnish Add strawberries (about 3lbs strawberries) to a blender and fill with water, blend until smooth, then pour into a large drink dispenser or pitcher (option to strain out the seeds!). Stir in the lemon juice and mint syrup, add the water and ice, then finish with sliced lemons, strawberries, and fresh mint. Stir well and serve cold. Optional but highly encouraged: sparkling water or prosecco floated into each glass ✨

Maybe you’ve had an espresso tonic, but have you ever had an Espresso MARTINI & tonic? This is your sign to try it for yourself. What espresso tonic should we try next? Yuzu tonic + espresso martini? To a shaker add: 2 oz espresso + 1.5 oz tequila reposado + 3/4 oz coffee liqueur + 1/4 oz honey syrup + orange peel Shake & double strain over tonic water! Would you actually try this??

Mother’s Day is this Sunday… do you have your cocktail menu ready? šŸ’šŸ„‚ I’ll be serving one of my mom’s all-time favorites: a French Blonde. But since I’m hosting a few moms this year, I’m batching it in a pitcher ahead of time Ingredients: 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice 2 cups lillet 1 cup gin 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur Mix in a pitcher and chill in the fridge until ready to serve Serve by shaking up 2 at a time using a cocktail shaker Happy hosting!!

If I were hosting, I’d serve Strawberry Coconut @senoritadrinks 1777 Margaritas with an Elote Chip Tower. Perfect for any weekend or Cinco de Mayo moment… especially when it falls on a Tuesday. 1777 is one of those bottles that just fits into your routine… same cocktail ritual, just a different kind of feel. Bright agave, a little citrus… it was basically made for a margarita like this. Here’s how to make this at home: Strawberry Coconut 1777 Margarita (serves 2): In a shaker, muddle: 2 fresh strawberries 1 oz agave syrup 2 oz fresh lime juice Add: 2 oz coconut cream 3 oz 1777 Spirits Fill with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into two glasses over fresh ice. Elote Chip Tower: On a platter or board, layer: Tortilla chips Spoonfuls of homemade elote Drizzles of salsa macha Pickled onion + pickled jalapeƱos Crema A sprinkle of paprika Finish with cotija cheese Build it tall, serve immediately, and let everyone dig in. Happy Hosting!
