We are currently in the construction phase of our 1999 Avenue of the Stars renovation, set to be completed in Fall 2026. The building, developed by JMB, was originally designed by Johnson Fain and completed in 1990. In 2023, we were asked to rethink and upgrade the ground level interior and exterior spaces, working with OJB on the landscape. The modernized interiors will provide new and upgraded amenities such as a fitness center, a flexible workspace, and a conference room.

Our latest project Citrus Commons is now open. Citrus Commons is a new creative campus located in the San Fernando Valley offering a myriad of amenities just outside your door. At the center of Citrus Commons, the original Sunkist Headquarters has been preserved and serves as an iconic homage to the citrus industry. Interiors by IMT Residential. We are in construction on our newest addition to the Century City neighborhood. Distinguished by its sculptured profile and varying glass skins, the 37-story tower is designed to maximize office views and provide a light-filled interior. The project features two acres of gardens and courtyards, retail amenities, and can be accessed by a major public transit line. Century City Center will be the neighborhood's first new office tower in more than 15 years!
