10 years ago today @tasha_nystrom was diagnosed with a particularly invasive cancer. But here we are today, celebrating being alive and in love… I’m always grateful for her courage and her will to beat it. And to the folks that helped us so much. And to everybody that was just a little extra kind or easy on us. It was the scariest of times. If someone travelled from the future and showed me this picture back in 2014, and said “this is you in 10 years”, I would have cried with joy and sweet relief.
Just had my annual Mexican haircut at @labarberiapv They giggled a lot. We bonded. Soon the shop was covered in my hair. Barber asked if he could have my scalp when I die. He was holding sharp objects, so I said yes. Gracias, amigos.
On tour in New Zealand where there is an ongoing laser shortage crisis due to the @tameimpala show next door. But these Frazey fans don’t need no lasers to have a good time! 🤣 @obadiah11
In Auckland NZ with Frazey Ford @obadiah11 and we snuck over to catch the encore of Tame Impala @tameimpala show next door. What Frazey has in nuance, Kevin has in lasers. (He seemed genuinely humbled by the massive response here though. And his falsetto sounded perfect even in a big arena…)
The kid behind me on the flight to Australia is going to have nightmares for years after he kicked my seat and then saw this peering over the headrest. The next 14 hours were very peaceful.
