Sorry to be leaving my favourite place on earth. Nowhere makes me happier and more chilled. It is one ☝️ f life’s paradise treats and retreats. Specially with Giles. Still revelling in our amazing dinner at Venice Venice on the edge of the Grand Canal. So many couples clearly madly in love. And also the extraordinarily generous hospitality of the San Clemente Palace. Post wedding and pre exotic honey moon Venice is the perfect place to enjoy polished pampering calm. Just choose the right hotels and only stay there in true luxury. Like so many wonderful places it really only works if you choose the best. Try a trip at New Year when it is dark romantic cold and can snow. Walk the black streets and revel in the candle lit cafes. As you can tell I love it and its healing properties. Enjoy the glory that is May.
