Hardly ever make the time to post, but here’s a quick photo dump from the last year.
I’m currently in Ecuador, and in the past 12 months I’ve lived in Argentina, Brazil, and Peru, with a quick trip home in between. Each place has felt special in its own way.
Argentina is the closest thing I have to a second home. Loving, mate-drinking people and late-night asados.
Brazil might be where I settle one day. Carefree vibe, incredible beaches, and an open culture that makes any stranger feel welcome. Live music in the streets keeps you dancing.
Peru is a beautiful place to reconnect with yourself. Weirdly, it’s the closest thing to India for me all these years later, from ecstatic dance to kirtan.
And Ecuador has been unreal for the mix of people. It’s easy to find your tribe fast. Also the best surfing I’ve had to date. Cold beer, sunset over the coast.

Gracias amigos, un placer vivir la vida juntos.
Running the Montreal Marathon last weekend felt like a dream come true. I had secured my spot just five days before the race, taking over from an injured runner. Though I felt physically unprepared, my mind was ready.
There’s something uniquely powerful about pushing through a challenge alongside others. As we entered the Old Port and crossed back onto the island, a surge of energy hit me from the crowd’s cheers. The support was overwhelming, and I turned to a fellow runner, saying, “Isn’t this beautiful? Look at how many people came out to cheer for us!”
This marathon was the first step toward my big goal of the year: running an ultramarathon. Let’s see if my legs can carry me there!
Thanks for helping edit @rowacicchitti ❤️🔥
Argentina is the fourth foreign country I’ve lived in over the last six years. After more than 14 months, I know it well yet feel there’s so much more to discover. The food, landscapes, and especially the people have made my stay incredible and are the reasons I’ll return.
As I set off on my next journey, I wonder why I’m moving on. I'm starting to understand my desire to explore and learn from new cultures is insatiable. From Argentina, I’ll take the sense of community, willingness to share, and love for life with me. Although I’m leaving physically, part of me will always be in here in spirit.
Los amo!!! ❤️🔥
Lost my words a little here so I cut out the "uh"😅
This video might #inspire you to do a #fast but make sure you talk to you doctor to find out if it's right for you!😇
Autophagy is the word I was looking for:
"Researchers have found that when your body is in a fasted state, it undergoes a process of cellular housekeeping called autophagy, which they've linked to disease prevention and longevity"-livestrong.com

Not too long ago, I spent all my money on clothes, alcohol, and other items of the night. With a little bit of luck, things changed. I realized I didn’t need so much money to do things that brought me the most joy, such as travel! 🌎🦋😇
The shirt, jeans, the backpack were all bought second-hand.
The hat was my Grandfather's.
Sunglasses gifted by the one and only @39.okb 😘
With a little bit of saving and less spending, I’ve been able to live abroad. Usually, the thing that costs me the most is flights. Once I arrive in-country I prefer to travel with local buses or even hitchhike.
I’ll continue to post more about travel, spirituality, fitness and personal finance. What interests you the most?🤔
That being said, I need some new shoes! @newbalance can you hook me up?🙏❤️
One thing that has helped me so much is moving my body. Whether it be with yoga, running, or now now swimming, these activities make a difference, and it's fun to do with friends! Which made me wonder, how can we get more of our friends and family to start moving? 🏃♂️
