I started building that little beauty mid 2022 and it took about 3 month.
It’s built on 14 old truck tyres to be decoupled from the rest of the old barn to make it as soundproof as possible. The sandstone wall and the high ceiling make it sound pretty good.
Still some acoustic treatment to do though.
