Mango, greens, and coconut smoothies with a twist of dried watermelon. We’re trying to eat healthier and this is today’s win!

We had a cozy Christmas Day at home enjoying the rain, eating lox and bagels, a yummy soft cheese, satsuma mandarins, and a fresh loaf of sourdough whole wheat bread baked and delivered by my little brother @grezmaster_b , and taking a walk in the neighborhood. More photos coming soon.

The simple joy of an open playground! After 7 months of staring sadly at closed playgrounds wrapped in caution tape. Today was like a burst of sunlight through a rain cloud.

My husband @johnhell in his natural habitat, chilling out with a giant book of rock show posters and pontificating on the very strange days.

We had a lovely and chill New Year’s Eve at the cozy home of @thumper and @actiongrl . So many warm hugs with friends where we all seemed to hold on extra long and tight. This is one way @fdougfuller lives on - in the kind hugs we share, the quality of eye contact, and the willingness to listen to each other more patiently and generously. The realization of the swift and precious time we all get to have as living beings, snaps me to attention and propels my desire to live fully expressed, on purpose and authentic, and with all the love I can summon. 2020 - So far, so good!

@johnhell took me out to a comedy show in Oakland last weekend for my birthday. We had dinner first at the restaurant downstairs that featured food from around the world. I had Thai-inspired chicken lettuce cups and Michael had Filipino shrimp adobo in a scrumptious spicy sauce that dripping in butter. The sauce was so delectable that I almost took the leftovers in a paper cup to sip on at the show as our waitress suggested, which was kinda weird and tempting. I vowed to replicate the chicken lettuce cups at home which I made for dinner in Sunday night. Yummo all around.
