Some highlights — OASIS! at The Rose Bowl, a moment I never thought could happen and surpassed all very high expectations; Lady Gaga at The Forum, absolutely spectacular (and I can’t wait to return); Sabrina Carpenter, a flat-out STAR; Kylie Minogue, whose presence and talent defies all reason; OEDIPUS, MARJORIE PRIME, and JUST IN TIME on Broadway, three of the best shows I’ve seen in all my years of theatre-going; OLD FRIENDS at the Ahmanson, unbelievably nostalgic; SMASH (it finally happened!), BOOP, and MAMMA MIA!, three of the most enjoyable nights of the year; watching Erika Jayne @theprettymess KILL IT in CHICAGO as Roxie; the boundless electricity and energy of Gilligan Moss and Elderbrook; the revival of AMERICAN PSYCHO in Houston w/ @mandaowns ; the spark of Shawn Mendes at The Hollywood Bowl; and spending time with the best theatre companions @third_act_judy , @shenlixuan , @s_jarv , @tameekatime , @struckpassage . 2025 — THANK YOU. Nothing but extreme gratitude for a year that gave me so much in a time that took away from so many. Tonys 2025 🎭. Attending my first Tonys after randomly being in New York for work and then randomly winning the Tonys ticket lottery (!) and — MOST IMPORTANTLY — getting to go with lifelong bestie @shenlixuan whom I’ve seen at least 100 shows with in the last decade is a fever dream from which I’ll never recover.
