Director: @kayodekasum I had the pleasure of scoring the music for this recent digital ad campaign by Samsung.
The ad tells a heartfelt story of a mother and daughter, rooted in the everyday moments that shape who we are. From the daughter’s playful early years to her graduation and eventual journey into adulthood, the narrative subtly captures how language, culture, and identity are passed down—often in the simplest interactions.
My approach to the score was to blend modern sound design with subtle cultural undertones, creating a rich sonic atmosphere that complements the visuals and enhances the storytelling.
It was an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global brand while staying rooted in authentic emotional expression through music. Grateful to have been part of this project.
