Final bits of faffing on the Pilgrim slope line the last couple of days. Including making a mound to slow you after the mulch landing and some free hand sign routing. So good to see so many of the public getting through today. A couple of areas need very slight tweaks after watching it be ridden by a wider selection of bikes and riders but we’re defo pretty much there. Been a blast working on this with @gavnr8 . No doubt you’ll be seeing some of my epic slams from today in Mr Pilgrims channel at some point 🤦🏻♂️. I really must sort my brakes out 😬😂 And spend more time riding as still pretty sketchy at times😬😂. Random selection from an awesome trip to @bikepark_wales with the boys for Todd’s Birthday. So proud of that boy🥰. We had rain sunshine and lots of laughs. A pedal/tow up day on the eeb. The new quarry skills area being a welcome and entertaining stop on the way up👍.Then a uplift on the second day. Both the boys sending it in their usual chilled manner. Loved the slopey as a park bike👌. Had a wicked camping spot and the van behaved perfectly 💪. Can’t wait for the next adventure.
So proud of Todd, he’s learned a lot from working on his gocart and has made it look sick with some fresh paint and seat belts. No dandelion is safe now 😆🏎️💨 All it needs now is grippier front tyres and slicker rears for some drift action. Watch this space. #gocart

Test laps went so well yesterday on Punchline that I started to 3the big step up. The improvements to speed on the back straight have made it so sick. I thought some might find this interesting. After a lifetime of digging in the dirt and looking at the ground I’ve come across some pretty cool stuff including lots and lots of sharks teeth(one of which I found on the new jump line), Belemnites (the biggest I found at the end of jumpstreet),prehistoric mammal teeth, fossilised corals and sea creatures,bullets,musket and cannon balls. Two tiny porcelain headless dolls, both found at the park but miles away from each other.. Also found some unusual fossilised pieces of wood that had seemed to turn to metal rather than stone 🤯. But I think my favourite find has to be the white Neolithic flint arrow head I found in Waldringfield. All these things and more were found here in Suffolk. Sometimes when tipping out a bucket of soil I have to jump down from the machine just because I’ve seen a familiar shape drop on the pile. Often it’s nothing but sometimes it turns out to be a poor man’s treasure 😆😆. Hawk eyes are a curse sometimes. #suffolkfossils #keeplookingdown#digging#prehistory
