Over 18 months ago I designed these with Nas in mind. Inspired by his 1994 release Illmatic - an album me and my brother grew up listening to. This one really hits home! Big love to the team that helped make this a reality.

A new chapter, a new silhouette with @asics_sportstyle : The GEL-NYC™ 2.0 SSHS.
Presenting the debut pairs. Two colourways as an ode to the culture we grew up on. Sonic blueprints / albums that documented place, time, and perspective ~ I call these the Shaolin ’93 & Queens ’94.
The design language lives inside a framework “The Architecture of Everyday Life”. Drawing from the surfaces and structures that quietly hold NYC together. The overlooked industrial elements - scaffolding, steel beams, concrete, oxidised metal, utility grates.
Can’t wait to share the world we’ve built around this one.

Out before first light, trekking through lava fields at the foot of an active volcano… few things inspire @kevbouquet and I more than exploring environments that feel like another planet.
Nature’s forms, textures, and palettes are unmatched when it comes to influencing the concepts behind so much of our work. This time, the @adidas / @h.s.d.t “Intimidation” project was guided by the principles of biomorphism, an approach that models objects on patterns found in nature.
Fractured rock, black sand, and landscapes carved over centuries. Every formation here echoed the design itself.

Studio days with my day one @kevbouquet
Approaching 30 laps around the sun in the next few days, I recently realised I’ve been sharpening my craft for half of my life. 15 years ago, with a bulky Toshiba laptop, a cracked version of Photoshop, and YouTube tutorials, I started learning graphic design. Before we even had a license, we’d jump on the train to pick up blank t-shirts and take them to local print shops to bring our first ideas to life, it hasn’t stopped since.
From shooting lookbooks in our bedrooms for our various brands and side projects with the homies, to capturing global campaigns, collaborating with some of the biggest brands, and documenting our journey across the world.
Grateful to wake up every day and do what I love—learning in real time, refining the vision.

Honoured to offer my perspective on a masterpiece deep from the adidas archives — the INTIMIDATION, originally designed by @shanehenryward in 1999.
Our iteration introduces a new, translucent RPU moulded cage, redesigned as a singular organic form. A minimalistic evolution of a silhouette that was truly ahead of its time. Over 18 months of collaboration alongside the brother @whatsyup_ and the Consortium team to bring the vision to fruition.
