A bit of a nostalgic day today - moving out of my studio at Globe 1 in Slawit. I’m packing all my books before a 1pm deadline at the self storage. It’s great to revisit my books again while packing them away I absolutely love my #tomeckersley book. If you’re not familiar then check his work out! - and a talented Northerner too! I have all sorts of books that float my boat - books about type, clocks, hand lettering, logos, branding, design and loads of books that I just think are simply beautiful! Sad to see these go into storage until I find a permanent office space. If anyone knows of good office spaces in Slawit (Slaithwaite) then please let me know. So first item ticked off the list - skip run ✔️ - next stop - storage unit and a new chapter begins. Xxx
This Thursday 11th July is a special summer In The Colne Valley meet up event. We'll be down at Darkwoods Coffee from 5pm until 7pm.
