To be vulnerable for a moment, the first thing I told @yael.grunseit when I saw the Final Cut of this film was that it’s amazing regardless of whether or not I was in it. Her vision was so strong and well thought out, DLM was unstoppable from the jump. Holy shit, @madelinesunshine_ and @benjthestar brought these characters to life in a way that most short films struggle to do. I rewatch this movie once a week because I love how it ends with them two. @dylanrizzo212 ‘s eye for the cinematography blew me away multiple times in this film and I remember taking screenshots of some scenes and showing my parents like “LOOK AT THIS!” @jasongotlieb and the crew were some of the best people to be around on set and I am forever grateful for this experience.
Daddy’s Little Meatball is a tremendous film and I cannot emphasize enough how proud I am to be a part of it. The cherry on top: it premieres @tribeca . Hope to see you there ❤️#tribeca25th
