New Crackle Slip PDF available on my website....johnbrittpottery.com It is 26 pages with a discussion of specific gravity, viscosity and application. As well as recipes for crackle slip and several cover glazes. Then I put in firing schedules for satin surfaces and a discussion of terra sigillata which adds some depth to the surface of electric firing making these resemble gas fired work.

Just finished up a great workshop at Mud Clay Studio in Montclair New Jersey. I want to thank everybody on the team there that helped out it was a fantastic group. Nate, Dom, Melinda, Miranda and Melania. (And about 4 other people who helped me load the Subaru!) It takes a lot to run these workshops and they did an outstanding job! So thank you all very much. They wanted me to test out John's Cash Blue so we added that to the repertoire I started with 4% Rutile in the base recipe and then added our standard color blend. It should all be here in the short video.
