Good Friday.
Back in the day I never really understood why it was called “Good Friday”. The Saviour getting spat on is supposed to be good? Do you wanna get blocked?
Years later, I know why it’s called Good. Because through His death I now have redemption by the blood of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. And that annoys Satan, because that weirdo thought Jesus was gonna stay dead and that I would never believe. Wasn’t case the though, Was it?
Now our duty as Christians is to let the lost know what happened on this very day. We pray for them. We pray for their souls.
