I beat my first goal today!!! I am down 52 pounds since the start of my weight loss journey. Don Nedler really helped push me to get healthier last summer and we came up with the goal to lose 50 pounds by July. I know I’m a few months early, but now I can’t wait to see how much more weight I lose by July!!
It has been tough at times but I am less than 15 pounds away from 250 which was my weight 25 years ago!!!
I have been under 300 pounds now for around 8 months!! It feels great!
Thank you to everyone who came out last night to The Church and rocked out with me until after 2 am!! The dallas scene never disappoints!!!!! What a great crowd and great energy!!! Thank you and I can’t wait to see you all again on Sunday May 17th!!!!!
