Kicking off our guests series for 2026 is dub selector @joevincentdj
An hour focusing on the late 70’s Dub sound coming out of Jamaica. By this point dub had been keeping the island dancing for half a decade and spread across the Atlantic to the UK. Dub Engineers had honed their craft to such a point that record buyers would buy a single and play the B side first. Almost all of the selection is taken from these B sides of 7” releases with a particular lean towards the heavier bass driven end of the genre.
