New to @narrativeoakland this amazing whimsical mosaic by Davis, CA ceramic artist Pat Hill(1935-2020). I’ve alway been intrigued by her process of using different clay bodies to create almost painterly abstraction in her pottery. I’m excited to be hosting a pop up sale this weekend featuring the amazing ceramic work of @justinhoffmanstudio at my studio in Nevada City. Justin as @modern.problem and I work together buying and selling art and design from around the world, but our real connection is through our individual art practices. This is a big weekend in Nevada City with the @kodo.arts opening on the same day. Jake and Yuko present the most incredible collection of Japanese antiques you will see without going to Japan, and they are one door down from our show. Going to have some of my work available as well as some other great Nevada County artists.
