Jack "The King" Kirby, 1917-1994,co-creator of The Hulk, Fantastic Four, thor, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Captain America, The Silver Surfer and Black Panther at Marvel comics. Creator of Darkseid, Mister Miracle and The New Gods at D.C. One of the fastest pencils in comics and like most artists never truly appreciated until his death. The bubble effect in the background is known as Kirby Crackle an effect he often used in his backgrounds. Pen and Ink and Gouache on Watercolor Paper.
