Today is my birthday, and I woke up with a heart full of gratitude. I’ve never really been one to celebrate myself, but today I must pause and acknowledge a few of my blessings.
I am living proof that what the enemy meant for evil, God has turned for my good. In this life I can say with all surety Surely goodness and mercy have followed me all the days of my life, and I have witnessed God prepare tables before me in the presence of my enemies . My first thank you belongs to the King of Kings — Jesus,”Yahweh” the Christ my Savior and Keeper. Everything I am is because of Him.
To my wife, you are my partner, my peace, my joy, my greatest earthly blessing, Jennifer Chambers — thank you. Life with you feels like heaven’s favor wrapped in love. Building a home, a family, and a purpose together while traveling the world declaring the Lordship of Jesus Christ is a gift I never take lightly. You are truly God’s exceedingly abundantly above all I could ask or think.
To my mother, Donna Chambers — thank you for your wisdom, your love, your discipline, your prayers, and for releasing me into purpose. You raised me with strength, vision, and grace, and I honor you deeply today.
To everyone who has shown me love, sent prayers, called, texted, or celebrated me today — thank you. Your love is felt, your words matter, and your presence is appreciated.
As I enter another year, my prayer is simple: may my life continue to bring glory to God.
