making the album art for @thedumpies #LubDub last summer was such a dream and i’m excited for its release on february 20 via @dirtcultrecords !
some outtakes is album art include digitally inverted cyanotypes - i originally withheld the blue original version i didn’t wanna forcefeed them my special interest 😅but when i finally showed the blue it was the clear winner.
i got to make these cyanotypes at @groverscuriosityshop using treasures in the shop! this also marks a DECADE of making art for The Dumpies. i’m so grateful to have evolved and collaborated with these prolific and talented beings over the course of time, and to have the trust and creative freedom to morph alongside them.

I happened to notice that my old employer Big Cartel is hiring. I just wanted to put it out there to anyone who happens to be considering applying that it may be in your best interest to speak to people who used to work there about their experience, particularly around the work environment, the historical relationship between leadership and employees, DEI, and what happened with its union beforehand. Or I mean you could even just Glassdoor the current owners to see what people have to say about working for them at other companies. Happy to talk or put you in touch with folks who know if you’re interested ✌🏻❤️
