This reimagined new build was transformed with a generous open plan, creating a layered space which linked the front door straight through to the garden. The interior was contemporary and modern, with a minimalist approach while also being elegant, restrained and personal. Congratulations to @onemorething.ie on your success with this home
This renovated Victorian home brought drama, glitz, sophistication and boldness to this week's episode of Home of the Year. The considered and respectful approach to a period home brought a balance between modernity and respect for the past. The connection between the interior and the lush exterior was stunning and truly made one feel like you were anywhere else but in the city. Congratulations @mary.phelan73

Sometimes what makes a home is the story of how it all came to being. This one certainly had that for me. The homeowners had their own vision and by reviving an old structure they carved out a unique and modern place of their own in Dublin City. Bravo @the_ruibin
