I’ve spent most of my life picking myself apart… wanted longer legs, deeper nail beds 😅 you name it! I’ve always been strong and athletic, but never really comfortable in my own skin. I’d lose 10–15 pounds, feel good for a minute, then gain it right back.
Last year, I finally reached out to my friend @marka.sue.rogers because I needed something simple and sustainable. I hired a coach thinking it was just a food plan- but it became so much more. Real structure. Real support. Accountability that sticks.
I lost 15 pounds, gained a little back, but this time I didn’t quit. Since May I’ve done 107 Orange Theory classes 💪 and I’m working on total wellness: body, mind, and spirit.
Now I’m paying it forward as a coach and helping other women find their own balance and confidence.

14 years ago today we had the perfect wedding day…I had the perfect dress (thank you Isaac Mizrahi TARGET), perfect flowers (thank you Mark Frye), perfect songs sung with my singing buddies, perfect weather…SO. MANY. THINGS….well someone reminded me just yesterday that if things are perfect you don’t learn much…so what I can say is that JT and I are learning to love each other better even with our imperfections and that makes us perfect for each other.
