A little family getaway to the Smoky Mountains. Soaking in the beauty of Great Smoky Mountains National Park ~ with scenic drives through Townsend, peaceful stops at Cataract Falls, and time spent in the quieter, tucked-away charm of Wears Valley. Fresh air, mountain views, amazing sunsets and quality family time… just what we needed. I’m already missing the incredible views🐻🪵⛰️🐾 The drive to the top of the mountain to reach our cabin was quite the adventure ~ let’s just say my hubby was happy to come home to some flat roads but the amazing views were well worth the drive to the top. We’re downsizing and packing up our home of 27 years! Busy packing, putting things in storage and attempting to go for a minimalistic approach to saving things ~ easier said than done😉Most of my clothes are packed away, but I’ve been wearing these OG loose fit jeans often (under $30 and similar to a carpenter jean), they come in several washes, prints and colors. Barrel jeans didn’t work out for me, however, these loose fit relaxed style jeans were a winner ~ they stood the test and performed well with bending, lifting and moving heavy boxes😊silk scarf is $15, a pretty floral option for spring 🌸
