Een paar maanden geleden ging de documentaire “Stem van de jongeren” van @yannic_nierkens in première, waarvoor wij de muziek hebben geschreven en de audiomix hebben gemaakt. Het doel van de documentaire is om de leefwereld van jongeren te laten zien en hun stem te laten horen. Het was geweldig om te zien hoe positief de documentaire werd ontvangen en dat hij ruimte heeft gecreëerd voor echte gesprekken over het perspectief van jongeren en hoe dit kan worden verbeterd! - Stem van de jongeren - The documentary Stem van de jongeren follows 10 young people as they share their frustrations, dreams, passions, and worries about growing up in today’s world. We had the chance to meet most of these youths, and their stories were incredibly inspiring. That’s why it was such a beautiful project to create the music for. @yannic_nierkens has created a powerful documentary that is relevant not only for young people, but also for those who left their teenage years far behind. - Enschede Lights up - We had the pleasure of creating the music and sound design for Timebots, a game made for Enschede Lights Up 2025 by @styrofoamisbad and @maria_smink In Timebots you run through the history of Enschede and compete against an opponent by jumping and crouching in real life, motion sensors translate your movements into the game! - Amsterdam: 750 jaar in 75km - We had a great time creating the sound design for this beautiful drone short movie. Also heading to Amsterdam and recording sound on top of the A’dam tower was a great experience! Sam de Haas, 28 years old, walks 75 kilometers through Amsterdam in honor of the city’s 750th anniversary. He crosses the city on foot, in a single day. What begins as a physical challenge becomes a personal and poetic journey through time, identity, and change. The film is a city symphony in image and sound: a blend of documentary and fiction, drone footage and ground-level perspectives, poetry and reality. An ode to the soul of Amsterdam, seen through the eyes of a young Amsterdammer trying to understand what “home” truly means. The full short film is in Youtube now!
